SPING BREAK 2012

★SPRING break 2012★

 

My spring break was so good because of the TaB trip. I went to Portland. Our trip’s theme was youth poor and young homelessness. I visited a lot of communities and organizations which were related to the homeless. I will explain one of them as an example. I went to ‘’SMYRC” that is a community that supports people who have problem about sexual like LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer). There are many homeless people in Portland. Amounts in these people, there are many young people. In these young homeless people, there are a lot of LGBTQ. So, this SMYRC is helpful for them. I could understand their environment. I think people who are around LGBTQ people shouldn’t interrupt them. Then, I was painting inside of this building after the lecture. Painting was so fun. We pushed our hand prints on the shirts of each other. This trip was valuable for me. I will keep learning about this topic.
