     When I went to Pow wow of Willamette University, I was surprised. I saw many people who wore fantastic costume, big feathers and loud jingle in an arena of Sparks. I want to wear their costume because I like clothes which are mixed up many colors. I heard loud sound by their drum and their voices. I could not believe that they were singing so big voice! This sound was echoing in the arena. Sometimes, they stopped singing and said words like thankfulness. The arena was so crowded by from children to elderly people. I feel the festival is very important tradition for them. Then, I found a lot of souvenir shops. There are many things that connect with animals. I think they respect animals and I feel  nature from them. These animals’ souvenirs were cute and cool! It was my first time to see exciting Pow wow. Because I’m interested in Pow wow, I looked up the meaning of this festival. Pow wow is one of the ways for Native American to communicate with their old friends and to make new friends by dancing, singing and visiting. I think it is great way and chance to have relationship with someone.  And these are pictures that I took then.  As you see, they look so exciting. Their faces are full of happiness. In this second picture, this is an object of bird.  And third one is knives. Some of these knives show an eagle and a dog. Thus, I’m glad to see, to hear and to know about Pow wow.
